Why we're different…
In order to turn your vehicle into an extension of you, our projects generally progress through three stages.
Consultation…
This may be the most important step in the installation process and where you will begin to see what makes us different. Here we ask questions, lots of questions, which help us get the project underway. What is the vehicles primary function? How much space can we use during the project? Do you want to retain the factory look and feel or make people's jaws drop when you open your trunk? Does your dog travel with you often? The list goes on and on but in the end we end up with some guidelines to help us design a vehicle specific to your needs, and not anyone else's.
Design…
This is where the fun begins, especially for the client. Here we start bouncing concepts around, equipment locations, themes and many ways to make your vehicle more than just a "car". Remember those questions we were asking your earlier? Well we were listening, and during this design phase it will start to become obvious why we were delving so deeply into how you truly use your vehicle. You'll soon start to see how much fun it can be to have your vehicle fit your needs and lifestyle, not the other way around.
Fabrication…
This is probably the most fun for us, and where our passion for designing and fabricating truly custom, "one-off" vehicles really shines. Here we combine our mechanical engineering background with a fully equipped shop to take those concepts and themes developed during the design phase and make them a reality. Speaking of the shop, taking a look around you'll see yet another way in which we're different. Pipe benders, TIG and Mig welders, plasma cutter, sheet metal shrinker/stretcher, a table mounted metal shear, pan and box brake as well as all the wood working tools you'd expect like table saw, table mounted routers, drill presses and more sanders than you can imagine. Built in shop amenities include huge air compressors, dust collectors everywhere (to keep your investment clean), a two post automotive lift and a paint booth. You name it and we've probably got it. All of this is in place to allow our fabricator's imagination to run free and not be limited by our shop's equipment.
Probably our greatest specialty is our fiberglass and carbon fiber skills. An extensive engineering background in plastic injection molding has given us a knowledge of molds which opens up fiberglass and carbon fiber possibilities which few can even begin to approach. With years of fiberglass projects ranging from mild to wild, interior accents to exterior bumpers and body kits, we've done it all, take a few moments to view or gallery to see some examples of our work.
